With over seven years as an OTR driver, I've felt the sting of the fluctuating market and the challenges of life on the road. I know what it's like to have a dispatcher who doesn’t answer your calls or brokers blowing up your phone for information you don't have. I've experienced the frustration of not being pre-booked and the disappointment of dealing with dispatchers who forget about holidays. I understand what it feels like to be just another number. That’s why I started Marcephia’s Compass.

In our Contract Acquisitions approach, we’re always acting as proactive sales representatives for your MC. This means we’re continuously crafting and presenting compelling proposals for government solicitations, engaging in cold calling and cold emailing, and even making in-person visits to suppliers. Our goal is to consistently find new opportunities and drive growth for your business.
Emergency Home Planning
In the event of an emergency at home, our role is to ensure your peace of mind. We will arrange a secure location for your truck and trailer, book a flight for you, and even organize an Uber to get you home swiftly. My goal is to handle the logistics so you can focus on what matters most.
Load Board
When it comes to the load board subscriptions, I’ve got you covered. This is my investment in your success, giving you one less expense to worry about. So you can focus entirely on building your reputation and growing your business.
Paperwork
When it comes to handling all the invoicing and paperwork, we’ve got it covered from start to finish. We take care of everything, from the rate confirmations to submitting the necessary paperwork to the factoring companies.
